Ayres Associates has purchased the assets and under-contract workload of Arden Environmental Engineering, Inc., of Shoreview, Minnesota.  The former Arden office in the northern Minneapolis-St. Paul suburb becomes the fourth Minnesota office of Ayres Associates.
